An Apprentice Escapes Blog Tour: Interview With Debut MG Fantasy Author, Lillian Keith!!

Heya, TWNers!! Welcome back to another post! Today, I am just sosososososoSO honored to be able to participate in this blog tour for this newly released MG fantasy novel!!! Before, we get into today’s post, let’s just talk a bit about An Apprentice Escapes!

Synopsis:

At least we still had each other…until they came.

Thirteen year old Lyla is on the run, simply because she and her mother had an underground apothecary’s practice—the last in the whole province. Now, with Mama in jail, Lyla must escape the Daviron city officials who are bent on catching her. Befriending a runaway street boy, Lyla sets out for the only refuge she knows: the forest. Yet danger lurks in every dark shadow, and seemingly friendly people could be enemies in disguise.

Will her mama’s final words be enough to guide her forward and lead her to the safety of the forest?  Or will Lyla be caught and sent away to an unknown fate?

Now, you guys, this is probably the most emotional blog tour I’ve ever taken part in. Like, I am just SO proud of Lily and what she’s accomplished here!!!! If you don’t know this awesome, girl, lemme brag on her for a moment. Lily and me met, waaaay back in the day in like October? November? I don’t remember it was around that time last year. And of course, we became instant friends cuz we both loved the false prince!! (Isn’t it amazing how books brings people together?) Anyway, Lily didn’t have a blog at the time (but she does now, so I HIGHLY recommend checking her out here!!). I remember Lily was one of the first people to ever comment on TWN. She commented on my post sharing some of the opening chapter of Into the Lamp, and ever since then, I always got the hugest smile on my face when I see her comments come in. So, long story short, Lily, I am SO proud of you and happy for this huge milestone you’ve crossed. I wish you many more publishing opportunities to come. And before I start crying happy tears 😉 let’s just jump straight into this interview!!!

Heya, Lily!!! Thank you SO much for joining me at Teen Writers’ Nook today. Here take a seat and have some virtual tea and chocolate. Now, I have come to understand that you have an epic book for middle graders that JUST released and I’d love to know, what first inspired you to start writing and why did you choose the MG fantasy genre?

Hi Issabelle! Thanks so much for having me here! I’m super excited to be doing this. Oh, and thank you for the tea and chocolate! *sips and tries to raise pinky* Ah, good question! I’ve been telling and creating stories my whole life; for me, writing is like breathing. I can’t ever imagine not writing! However, I didn’t take being an author seriously until I reached the end of highschool, where I needed to decide what to do after graduation. My mom and I talked about it, and I knew I wanted to take the writer’s path and craft stories for others to read. As for why I chose to write MG fantasy, well, I first fell in love with the medieval fantasy genre after reading The Runaway Princess by Millie Howard; then it was The Squire’s Tales (Gerald Morris), Chuck Black’s Kingdom series, Medallion (Dawn Watkins) Chronicles of Narnia, Chronicles of Prydain…. You get the idea XD. I also grew up reading a lot of middle grade books, even as a teen. Probably because my most favorite stories were in that genre. I love the adventures, the characters, and themes these stories have. Many times have my friends and I been inspired to play games based off of Narnia or Little Women(abridged version)! I just knew I wanted to write some of my own middle grade books to inspire kids.

Aaah Chuck Black’s books are AMAZING and of course you can’t go wrong with Narnia!!!!

What are you currently working on now?

I have a couple middle grade WIPs that I’m going over; one is a sorta ‘contemporary’ genre (think of the Penderwicks; that’s how my sister describes this story) and another fantasy MG novel about a lost phoenix.

You have sold me at phoenix, girl!!!

What has been the craziest thing that has happened during your writing journey?

Hmm. Let’s go with the time I saw a flyer in the local library about a teen writer’s contest. It was for ages 13-18 and all the entry info was on the paper. I spotted the flyer just as I was leaving the library with some books; intrigued, I grabbed it at the last second and decided to enter. I already had an idea of what I wanted to write, and after my mom helped edit my story, I sent it in via the library’s website. Then I waited. And waited. And then an email came saying that….the library had trouble opening the file I sent them. Would I please try sending it again? So I did, but I knew that there was little chance of winning because the contest was closed and the judging was probably already halfway done. Still, it was a good experience to try. And it was a good thing I re-sent the story, because not too long after I received another email saying that I won second place! It was so surreal. I read and reread what the judge had to say about my story and it gave me a lot of encouragement.

Awwww, girl, that is AMAZING!!!! I’m just surprised you didn’t win first!! 😉

What would you say was your biggest accomplishment?

I’d say being able to get my story published in book form and being able to hold it in my hands is my biggest accomplishment. I’ve always wanted to see my stories as paperbacks, and I was so excited at how official it felt to flip through the pages. And then, of course, being able to set it on our bookshelf with our favorite books!

Girl, I can definitely relate!!!! I think there’s some thing so incredibly moving about getting to hold your own words in your hands, especially if it’s something you’ve been aiming for for a while!!!

What was your main reason for going the self-publishing route, and is this something you plan to further pursue?

My main reason for self-publishing is that I liked having the freedom to publish on my own schedule with the stories I want to tell others. Also, another important reason is that my audience is more of a niche audience, so big publishers may not be as willing to pick it up. It was still hard, learning all the in’s and out’s of self-publishing, but now that I have a fair sense of how it works, I’d like to continue doing so.

That’s awesome!!!!!! I definitely agree that having a lot more freedom is such a high perk for self-published authors!

What is your strongest and weakest area in writing?

I’d say my strongest area in writing is creating a strong plot (with characters coming in second); my weakest would be nailing the ending to a story. I tend to rush the story’s ending because that’s when I start to hit the wall and I just want to reach the end; so I just summarize it all up, and then come back to fix it once my head clears.

Oh, yes, those story endings can be quite frustrating at times!

What’s your favorite genre to write/read in and what would be your favorite and most challenging part of writing it?

My favorite genre to write in would, of course, be fantasy, especially medieval fantasy. As for my favorite reading genre, well that actually varies across the middle grade spectrum from dystopian to historical fiction. Fun fact: the author who actually inspired me to write deep, emotional stories (Elizabeth George Speare) was an MG historical fiction writer! But circling back to writing in the fantasy genre, I’d say the most challenging part is to be yourself. I’ve seen a lot of authors on the Barnes and Noble shelf that try to mimic Harry Potter and such; which isn’t bad, but I’d like to break free from too many cliches and try to take a new approach to the fantasy genre like John Flannagan or Jennifer Nielsen. I just love it when I stumble across a new approach to a fantasy cliche.

YES I AM THE SAME WAY!!!!! Fantasy has the potential to be so unique and creative, why not make it such? And Mrs. Nielsen DEFINITELY nails it when it comes to a new approach to the fantasy genre!!!

Who would you consider to be your writing mentor and why?

My mom! No seriously, she would have definitely been an editor at some big publishing house in her other life. She’s been my teacher since forever (I’m a homeschool grad) and she’s encouraged me in my writing and challenged me to go deeper with my stories as I got older. And she always gives me an encouraging, but also very honest critique of my work, which has helped me become a better writer.

Aww, that’s so amazing!!!

What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever received?

Again, from my mom XD. She told me that authors write because they have something on their heart to say. We should never cheapen our work, but stay true to ourselves because the written word is powerful and it does have an impact on people. Whether it’s for the better or worse, we as authors need to decide that.

Wow, like that is deep!! That is honestly so inspiring to me!!

And finally, do you have any encouragement or advice for my fellow aspiring teen authors reading this?

Writing is hard, and publishing is harder. But if you are passionate about getting your stories out into the world, especially in book form, then keep persevering. Sometimes, I just wanted to pull my hair out because it felt so out of reach. But learning to enjoy the journey while persevering has been a great lesson for me. Because on this journey, I’ve learned to be patient, and I’ve also learned that I’m not content with just writing for myself. I want my stories to go out and bless and impact people. And if that’s your dream too, then don’t give up. One song that I really love is ‘The Climb’ (written by Jessi Alexander; that’s the only song I’ve heard her perform, so I can’t recommend any of her other songs). It beautifully describes how it’s about the journey we’re on and not about the destination or goals we’re trying to reach. Totally check it out!

Wow, this interview was fantastic!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Lily for joining me today!!!!!!

Lillian Keith
Growing up, Lily loved to rattle off stories to anyone (or anything!) that would listen. Most of the time, it was just her dolls or younger sister. Then her whole world changed when she learned to type on the computer and print out official ‘stories’.  There was something amazing about holding her story in her hands. Fast forward to the present day, and Lily’s dream of publishing her stories to the world came true. Her passion is to write children’s and middle grade stories that impact kids and inspire them to dream and create. When she’s not writing (ahem, when she’s dragged away from her beloved computer and story files) she’s often singing with her sister, crafting little ponies from felt, or hiking new trails on the search for treasure. You can also find her co-authoring a blog with her sister where they entertain fellow homeschool kids (don’t read the comics! They will make you giggle!) And you can connect with her on Pinterest where she’s starting to create boards for future story ideas.

And don’t miss the rest of the blog tour:

And until the next post!!

Keep on being awesome and never stop writing!

Congrats Lily! I just loved this interview. I read it word for word!

Ooh. That is tough! I love so many books…(a lot are in the YA category though). I would have to say that my favourite MG fantasy book is….ahh…..why!??! Okay, I am going to do two: Keeper of the Lost Cities Series and……Harry Potter!?? I don’t know. Why did you have to ask this question!??! Ranger’s Apprentice is amazing, but that may be considered YA….ooh and Green Ember….I have so many more that I can’t think of! (I am reading “False Prince” right now!)
Hmm…I definitely have several people in my life that impact me in ‘mentor-y’ ways in my writing. My main mentor is definitely my writing teacher! I have been impacted by the teaching taught in that class! My strongest area in writing
is probably creating characters. I love finding strong names that support who they are and designing their appearance. My weakest area would have to be plotting. I struggle with finding a good plot that flows well and intrigues the reader.

      • Issabelle Perry

Aaaaaaaahhh those books sound SO awesome, Grace!!!!!!!! *realizes I am so very behind on MG fantasy books* I’ve heard a lot of awesome things about the Wingfeather Saga, and have been DESPERATE to read them!!!!!

    • Issabelle Perry

EEEEE GRACE I AM SO HAPPY TO HEAR YOU LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aaah, girl, I FEEL you!!!!!! I am the same way!!!! Oooooo those are AWESOME book picks!!!! Keeper of the Lost Cities is really good. Well, I’ve only read the first book and it was pretty awesome!!!! Aaaah, yes, Harry Potter. I have a mutual relationship with it. XD Like, don’t hate me, but I’ve seen the movies and enjoyed them but have never read the books. *hides* Hahahahaha, ooops. I wasn’t thinking about how hard it was for y’all bookworms. 😉 Hmmm I think Ranger’s Apprentice is like the false prince in that it’s technically YA but some people consider it MG. Oooo I’ve heard a lot of awesome things about Green Ember!!!!!!! (*gasp* Girl, you should’ve started with that!!!! EEEEEE!!!!!! Are you enjoying it?)

Oooooo, girl, that is AWESOME!!!!!!!! It is amazing how helpful writing teachers can be!!!!!!! Like, that is simply amazing, and I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your writing teacher has my respect. ;P Ooooooo, girl, that is actually really epic that that’s your strongest area. I know a lot of writers *cough* looking at myself *cough* struggle a lot with character development, so you’ve got some of the hardest parts of writing out of the way!!!! Ooooofff, yes, plotting. The pain is real, girl. Hey, maybe that’s a good post idea. *brain starts turning with ideas* Plots are actually one of my strongest areas, and we’ve been talking a lot about them in my storytelling class. I bet I could do a good post on that one… thanks for the idea!!!!!! 😉 And, as always, THANK YOU SO MUCH for stopping by!!!!

      • Grace

EEE HI! Keeper is amazing!! *scowls* READ THE BOOKS! Don’t worry, I am joking! XD *maybe*
Well I have only really read the first Green Ember book, and it was awhile ago, so I don’t really remember the key plot of it. False Prince is really good right now!
Yes my teacher has impacted me a lot! Haha, glad I could give you an idea! 😉

        • Issabelle Perry

Aaahh, yessss, it is!!!!!!!!! Hahahahahahaha, yeeeeah, I need to read them. But do you see how crazy thick some of those books are??? Like I can barely struggle through a 400 page novel… lol. XDD

Oh, yeah? I feel ya. I don’t even remember the plot of a book I read in June. Like, literally, I was just thinking the other down now what was that character’s lie, so I could use as an example for a future TWN post, and I couldn’t think of it for the life of me. XDD YESSSS!!!!!! I mean, of course it is. It’s the false prince!! But I am glad you’re enjoying it!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOOHOO!!!!! That’s awesome!!!!!! Hahahaha YESSS!!!!! 😉 I’ll have to dedicate your comment to the post now. XD

          • Grace

Haha!!! Yes, but all of the Keeper books are CRAZY amazing! Like you will be rooting for your favourite character FOREVER!! I am an avid and quick reader, and the style the books are written in actually make it feel like the book is a lot smaller than it is! xD (even if one of them is over 700 pages)
Yeah, I really struggle with creating a strong plot, or a plot at all. That would be awesome if TWN created a post on that, but all of your posts are amazing and I love them all!!

            • Issabelle Perry

Aaaaaahhh, I am SO sure they are!!!!!!! YESSSSSs those are the best kind of books of them all!!!!!!!! Oh, yeah, I’m sure!! They didn’t strike me as the type of book that drags on and on and on. (700 pages??? What I want to know is how did J. K. Rowling even WRITE that. I mean, I can BARELY do 300 pages!!)

WOHOOO!!!!! Then I am definitely putting it on the list!!!!!!!!!! I think I would really enjoy writing that one!!!!! d’awww, Grace, you are THE sweetest!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • Issabelle Perry

Hahahahaha, what, girl, that wasn’t terrible!!! I LOVED IT!!!!!! XD I mean, I’ll have to admit, I did have to read over it a second time before I got the joke, but still, it was funny!! *high fives*

    • Lily

      Thank you so much, Grace!

Ooo, The Green Ember is a good one! I haven’t read the last two books in the series (for some reason, I missed them when they came out?? Like, how did that happen??) So, I definitely need to catch up.

Ah, writing teachers are awesome! So glad you have a great one to inspire and guide you! And being able to create strong characters is an awesome writing strength!

  • Saraina

Ohhh that book sounds amazing – I added it to my To-Reads GR list!! And AHHH I LOVE Elizabeth George Speare too!!!!! Wow, it’s so inspiring to hear about newly published authors. Awesome interview!!!

    • Issabelle Perry

EEEEEEEE SARAINA I AM SO GLAD YOU THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohooo, I know Lily would be SO happy to hear that!!!!!!! AAAAHHH, *wonders who Elizabeth George Speare is* *shrugs and goes back to happily screaming for no reason* AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!! 😉 She sounds like an epic author!!!! Girl, I know it!!! It always gives me just that much more motivation to keep working on my own stories. And I am SO GLAD to hear it was inspiring to you too!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!! THANK YOU!!!!! And thank YOU for reading!!! <3333

    • Lily

Aww, thank you Saraina! That just made my day!

Whaat?!!! Issabelle has NOT HEARD of Elizabeth George Speare???? Girl, I’m gonna have to recommend you some of her books (prepare for your Goodreads inbox to be flooded) XD

  • Lily

Whoa! Has it almost been a year since we first met??? *gasp!* Totally agree on how books can bring us together!

EEkk, THANKS SO MUCH Issabelle! It was so much fun doing this with you!! And it’s been such a big honor!!

    *passes out tissues and cake*

Wait, you’ve read Chuck Black too??? Girl! Which is your favorite book/series? I like his Cloak of Light Trilogy; have you read his new sci-fi series?

    • Issabelle Perry

Yup, such a shocker, I know. It feels like it hasn’t been that long. Sometimes, it feels like just yesterday Teen Writers’ Nook was this li’l ole site in the middle of nowhere in the blogosphere with like one reader… who was Katherine. XD YES YES YES!!!!!! Just one more awesome reason to love books (especially the false prince) more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Girl, you are SO, SO, SO welcome!!!!!!! Girl, I am so glad to hear that. I had such a BLAST being able to interview you!!!!!!!!!! D’awwww, girl, the honor is all mine!!!!!! I’m just so, so, sooooooo happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!

*dabs eyes with tissues and happily eats cake*

Yes, I have!!!!! It’s crazy how this never came up. XD Like, how did neither of us manage to at least mention Chuck Black for the past almost-year??? That’s a crime. XD Aaaaah, that’s such a hard one, but I LOVE THE WARS OF THE REALM TRILOGY TOO (or yeah, Cloak of the Light Trilogy as you called it)!!!!! *jumps up and down and high fives you* I just loved the way he put in the spiritual warfare element into it and Drew was the best!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve only read book one, Nova, in the series, and it’s as epic as all his other stuff!!!!!! Have you read it yet?

      • Lily

Now that I think about it, I vaguely remember someone on this blog mentioning Chuck Black; but I forgot why I didn’t say anything (I probably saw it in passing while reading the comments and forgot to respond… *slams palm onto forehead*) Oh well, another author we get to fangirl/bond over. Him and Jennifer Nielsen!

Oh, it could be The Wars of Realms Trilogy (I could never get the name correct haha *heelp!* I just refer to it as the angels’/Drew story thing…. yeah.) I liked how Black told the story from an unbeliever’s point of view and thought that was pretty ingenious!

I have read Nova and surprisingly, I didn’t really like it. I actually liked Drew’s story way better as Black’s ‘sci-fi’ story. *waits for books to rain down upon my heresy*

Haha! When we started out blog, Amy and I were also the only readers (and our parents.) XD

        • Issabelle Perry

*gasp* GIRL YOU SHOULDA SAID SOMETHIN’!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I’m just glad I know now. ;P (Hahahahaha, at least, we got the false prince thing covered, cuz I would’ve lost it if we had just now found out we both liked that book. XDDD) YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! We the perfect fangirl buddies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And those two are some of the best in the field!!!

Hahahahaha, girl, I am the SAME way with soooo many books. I always end up coming up with weird titles for them (and don’t even get me started on things like name pronunciations. XD) YESSS ME TOO!!!!!! And, honestly, Drew’s redemption arc was just SO well-done. It felt real, and not like the author was trying to hard, if ya know what I mean. I remember being really moved by it and really excited since it took us like forever to get it. XD I LOVE Drew and Sydney!!!

Yeah, to be honest, though I actually really still loved Nova, it’s one of my least favorite books by Chuck Black. And not really one of those, I have to buy the sequel or I won’t survive books. Hahahaha, YESSSSS XD

Hahahaha hey, at least you still got the parents. XDDD That’s a step up from me. XDD

  • Lorelei A.

OH MY WOW!!! *realllllly wants to read An Apprentice Escapes* Lily’s answers were SOOOO amazing, and her advice was just *searches for a word* *comes up with nothing* *decides to send emoji instead* 🤩😍👌👏💗

AMAZING INTERVIEW, LILY AND IZZY!!! <333333 :)))))

Hmmmm, my favorite MG fantasy book is probably the Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson (not really sure if it's MG…but it's GREAT anyway XD)
I don't really have a writing mentor… My AWESOME TA has really been helping me, so for now she I'd think she is, but we'll see :)))

My strongest area in writing…OOH I don't know lol. Grammar? XD (I honestly don't know, someone else would have to answer for me XD) Weakest? Making a good plot and keeping things interesting. I'm a pretty slow-paced writer LOL gotta spice things up a bit more sometimes.

    LOVED reading this! <3333

    • Issabelle Perry

EEEEEE LORELEI I AM SOOOOOOO GLAD TO HEAR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahahaa, LOVE it!!!!! Those emojis are spot on!!!!!! And I definitely agree. Lily’s advice was just spot on and I loved reading it so much, I’m SO glad to hear you did too!!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH LORELEI!!!!!!!!!! (Amazing commenting skills. 😉 <33333333)

Oooooo that's an AWESOME choice!!!!!! I've heard SO many good things about the Wingfeather Saga!!!!! I've been meaning to read it for a very long while now.
Aaaaaahhh, that is epic, girl!!!!!!!!!! That's great you have someone who's helping you out!!! And sometimes writing mentors change through time, as you get older and have other problems and need someone else.

Hahahahahaha, girl, aren't we all jealous of you right now. That's like one of my weakest areas. (Hahahaha, hmmmm, from what I've seen, I definitely think creativity would be a strong one for you!!!!!!!!!! I thought you short story for Imagine was very creative and unique!!!) Ooooof, I feel ya, girl. I think every writer struggles this to some degree. Hahahahaha, I'm kinda the opposite. I make my stories go too fast and have to slow them down.

Awwww, girl, I'm SO glad!!!!! And I LOVED reading your comment!!!! They are always the best!!! <33333

    • Lily

Thank you, Lorelei!! So glad you enjoyed the interview!!
(and I wished I had your strong area in grammar; I lean too much on my spell check lol)

*okay, Is, I’ll stop flooding your inbox with comments now* XD

  • Louise Taylor

Aaaah, yessss, I know right!!! I second this!!!! I LOVE to hear about new authors and how they made it to where they are!!!!!!! YES AWESOME JOB LILY!!!!!! Hahah, that’s what I keep telling her. *high fives* (Girl, I know it!!!! Oh man, I was the same way when I first read it!!!!! I haven’t gotten to read it yet, sadly, but I’m just eagerly awaiting the chance when I get my hands on a copy!!) THANK YOU for stopping by!!!!

      • Louise Taylor

Thank YOU for posting, Issabelle!!!!! (such a beautiful name, does anyone ever call you by a nickname?????)

IKR?! Goooooooooo Lily!!!! (Seriously, that blurb was EPIC!!!)

Of course!!!! You always have great content!!!!

        • Issabelle Perry

Awwwwww, Louise, of course, girl!!!!!!!!!! I always enjoy posting here on TWN!!!!!! (D’awww, girl, you are the SWEETEST!!!!!! You just made me smile!!! *beams* And Lousie is a GORGEOUS name too!!!! Oh, yes, some people call me Issa, some Izzy, some Is, and some just come up with their own stuff. XD Totally feel free to call me whatever nickname you want!!!!!!)

YESSSSS GOOOOOO LILY GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! (It WAS!!! *high fives*)

Girl, can you make me smile anymore than I already am?????? THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!! I can’t say how much that means to me!!!

  • Sisters Three

Wow!!!! That’s so awesome and inspiring!!!! Congrats Lily!!!! Adding your book to our TBR shelf on GR!!!!

Favorite MG book would be The Green Ember Series by S. D. Smith and The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson…(Yeah, we did two…lol….) Writing mentor probably….hmmm….S. D. Smith….we look up to him a lot! Especially since he is an Indie author! And the other question….we’re gonna pass on that one….
    Great interview!!!!

    • Issabelle Perry

EEEEEE GIRLS I AM SO HAPPY TO HEAR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESS CONGRATS LILY!!!!!! Woohooooo, I know she would be just SUPER thrilled to hear this!!!!!!

Aaaaaahhh, yes, those two have probably been the most recommended books to me outside of Keeper of the Lost Cities and the Lunar Chronicles. I have DEFINITELY got to read them soon!!!!!!!!!!! (Lol, oooo you girls are sneaky. I didn’t even catch that. XD We’ll give you a pass since there’s three of y’all. XD) Ooooo, girl, that is an awesome choice!!!!! I LOVE it when there’s just that one author you look up to more than others!!!! Hahaha, okey-dokey!!!!
THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!!! And thank YOU for reading!!!

      • Sisters Three

        Of course!!!!!!!!

They are both epic series!!!! We’ve had KotLC recommended to us as well but we don’t agree with where the author stands on a few view points so we decided against reading the series…personal opinions….Yes!!! You must read them soon!!!! (Yay!!!! Thanks!!!!)
Totally!!! We love it when we get a chance to stop by!!!

        • Issabelle Perry

AAAHHH I bet so!!!!!! Oh, I totally understand! *looks around to make sure no KOTLC fans are reading this* *turns back to the sisters* And in all honesty, you’re not missing that much. I’ve read the first book, and it was really good but not a new fav. 😉 YESSS I MUST!!!!!! (Of course!!!! <3333)
Awwww, I'm SO glad to hear that!!!! I always love seeing a comment from y'all show up in my dashboard. <3333

          • Sisters Three

Aww, thanks for letting us know! We gathered from the reviews that it wasn’t going to be anything we’d be too interested in….lol…
            😉 😉 😉
